Paradise Valley exterior divided into painting phases: The fascia boards have failing paint requiring restoration. The stucco body has numbers cracks requiring complete primer coat and two top coats. Phase 1 was completed in Jan, 2019 and included front and all sides leading to west side. Phase 2 is scheduled for May 2019 and will be four sides head to east side.
