Shop was built in 2013 and house was remolded by extending the complete back side and adding a patio. Steve stained all wood prior to the building of Ramada. In 2015 exterior was repainted with the assistance of home owner and Steve as "painting coach". Nov. 2018 two sides of shop were repainted and the other two sides are scheduled for March 2019.
